A true pioneer in the beauty industry, Lilly Balasanyan has developed more than four successful beauty businesses. Envy Salon & Spa was the first and has become a landmark in Sherman Oaks having been established for more than a decade.

Wanting a better and healthier environment for her stylists and customers, Lilly developed a new keratin smoothing product Trissola. When performed with her ingenious application process, Trissola puts out the least parts per million making it the safest keratin treatment on the market. Out of that passion an entire retail line was developed among two other hair treatments including an anti-aging process and a sealant for split ends.
